League Table Of Venues ........

All (Mr NWB - Maybe one for you)?

In my experience, there is alot of difference between venues and I'm not just talking in monetary terms.
There have been any number of Blogs in the past 'bigging up' venues or not ....
A league table then, of venues, in my opinion would be a good idea, perhaps with a few criteria :
Friendly / Appreciative Crowd, Friendly Landlord / Landlady, Ease of access / set up, Average Price.

What do you lot think?

venue rating will be in the next version of NWB. Just setting it up ready for xmas release.

nice to see some of the NWB'ers thinking ahead :-)

Maybe the can needs opening.I can't see what we've (ie the bands!)got to hide from each other.We are, after all, in the same boat aren't we?

Its got to be a two way street then, a league for venues to comment on bands...i.e. - entertainment, value for money, set list, how hot the drummer looks???

I got lost on a three way street once...it was in Blackburn... but yea i think a 'rate our groupies' league is a good idea...one in 10 have some crackers...we would probably have some in the 'fastest zimmer' catagory...
