a wireless sytem for bass?

Hi folks,

I'm looking to set up a wireless sysem for the bass....so I can run about a bit more :)

Anyone selling one? or can you recommend one.....on a tight budget.

I use an Ashdown Freebass wireless system should be able to get one new between about £110 and £150 . I got mine on ebay brand new for £110. It has the seperate belt receiver as opposed to the reciever that plugs straight in to the jack socket but depends which you prefer. I have found it very good and specifically made for the bass also has an inbuilt modeller

I have a transtec system that I dont use any more, I used it with my bass rig for years and it never let me down.£50.00 and its yours.

I got an ultra flash x5 system from the states and I dont think its as good as the transtec,

Hi Bob I dont know whether this is suitable for you but its cheap Akg sr40 wireless guitar system comprising sr40 reciever sr40 bug sender this is one of the best ones on the market in this price range its in good working order with aluminium carrying case £50

thanks for the replies chaps....I'm going for 'as cheap as possible' at the moment (bloody MOT taken most of my spare cash lol) so it's a toss up between Rob's Transec and Tony's Akg...PM's being sent.

ive cut down the wireless wanderings a bit lately until i can figure out the places in the set to have further wanders without having to change sounds etc etc!! and the guys are encouraging me to do my walkies more which is good cos love going out there with the headbangers :-)
