Wednesday night fever

Anyone????

Some of you may know that my little girl Emily is disabled which means that I care for her most nights when not gigging.

The one night that Lisa and I get out is Wednesday and we would love to watch some live music.

Can anyone advise if they play or know venues that have music on ?

Wednesdays' a bit of a weird night I reckon John, it's usually the night when it's either Karaoke or naf all.. Without risking the return of a certain odouring fictional robot, you could try a few originals bars here in Liverpool city centre?

Only night we get respite care though so beggars and choosers .....

theres a good jam night at the royal hotel westfield st st helens on a wednesday, starts at nine and hosted by the guys who used to do the same night at the zoo bar. am usually there propping up the bar. Usually a good night...give it a go.

Our singer can't make it though, Need to polish off Los Endos anyway.

Hi John the only place that had bands on a wednesday is Bar Fever see ad below, I dont know whether they are doing anything at the present time

we practice on wednesday nights ourselves,I heard they had bands on a wednesday night at a pub called the top lock in chorley but that was last year, dont know if they are still doing it. if I hear of anywhere I will let you know, cheers tony

Hi there Janie B here from ICE band - we play every Wednesday evening starting back 03/02/2010 at the Hope and Anchor, Whalley Road, in Accrington.
Music starts at 9pm and entry is freeeeeeeeeeeeeee..

Gatehouse Live are rehearsal rooms in Bolton!
It's a bit of a session for next Saturdays gig with a dep drummer!

Hi John,
I don't know where you are based, but they have a live band every Weds nite at the Welcome Inn in Whitefield, usually blues/rock.
Easy to find off m60 motorway jcn 17.
