Two great bands, Two great nights

Saturday night was BBGM's turn at the Welly, these guys are brilliant.
They played two great sets lots of variation, however on the night they were having some problems with the mic's through the PA. Andy tried his best to sort it at half time, so in the second set we could hear the vocals a little better.
This minor technical hitch did not spoil the night by any means, the crowd still loved it, these guys really know how to play and when they come back in July I'm sure we will be blown away.
Thanks for a fantastic night chaps, can't wait to have you back.

Last night we had The Lazzy Band, again the guys are brilliant.
Loads of good tunes, they played Teenage Kicks by request and then let it slip at the end of the night that it was the first time they had done it for ages and didn't even know if their singer knew it. They also let slip that it was the first time they'd done Dirty Deeds without so much as a rehersal, never would known it sounded fantastic and one of my fave AC/DC tracks. Again can't wait to have them back.
Cheers for a great night guys.

Donna

Am now off to try and cure the major hangover I've got from two nights on the razz.
Too much beer, dancing and head banging. I'm getting too old but I know I'll do it all again next weekend :))
