Anyone got these.

Has anyone got these or used them.
We dont have a van so space is a premium.
These being 12'' speakers are ideal for us.
We are looking to upgrade the speakers as we are all miced up now.are these any good or are there
better one's out there?
We use 12'' passive yamaha speakers at the moment with a 15@@ peavey sub.We have had these 7 years and they have never let us down
Just need a bit extra kick and clarity.

I found a pair on e-bay with stands and an 8 channell desk..paid 700 quid..bargain..we didnt DI the bass and didnt have a drummer (used a drum machine through the PA) so all that went through were the vocals (and tommy bang bang, the drum machine), everything else was backline.Alec loves Mackie gear and I seem to remember he advised using a sub if everything was DId and the kit micd up.

I beleive that the V2s are now chinese built and if the guys at PMT are to beleived do have some quality issues over the originals which I heard were built in Italy (Like RCFs)If its bottome end you want as well you would prob need to add a sub.
