Coolest Albums Ever...!!!

Hit Me With Them.

I've a kinda lazy day today not doin' a great deal but restring a couple of guitars and dig out old albums... I'm really into live albums me and the 3 I've played today are to me the coolest ever!!!

The first one was 'MEAT LOAF - LIVE' I'ts his '87 show at Wembley. Everythings on it and it's just mega.

The Second 'JOHN MAYER - LIVE IN LA' All 3 incarnations of Mayers music in one show (acoustic/trio/full band) mind blowing.

Then the third in my opinion THE GREATEST, THE MOST SOULFUL, THE COOLEST LIVE ALBUM EVER... JIMI HENDRIX - BAND OF GYPSYS. Without a doubt if I had not of heard this album I would not be playing guitar today.

Sooo, lets do this. It doesn't have to be live albums thats just my personal choice. Lets have it from everyone an album that has inspired you, touched you or that you just bang on in the car.... You know the albums I mean, the ones you have put on and from begining to end you've just gone 'Well spank me and call me Susan that was just brilliant'.

Be it Beatles, Bon Jovi, Backstreet Boys who cares its your fave album.... Lets do it.

Much Love

Deano x

LGIT:
Albert Collins was a top bluesman, great showman too, died about 15 yrs ago.

Thought his back catalogue fitted in with your 'cool' theme, he had albums like Iceman, Cold Snap, Don't Lose Your Cool, Frozen Alive, Frostbite, Ice Pickin' etc.

Bet you're sorry you asked!
