Charity Event at The Cricketers - Easter Sunday
Alan at The Crickers in Shaw,Oldham is organising a fund raising event for a fellow landlord and close friend who has terminal cancer. As a way of supporting his friend during the short time he has left, Alan would like to raise enough money to send his friend on a trip of a lifetime to Mexico.
The plan is to have two or three bands play throughout Easter Sunday at The Cricketers.Admission will be £2 with all proceeds going to the trip.Bands would be alloted a set each with good publicity set up by the venue.The Cricketers will be supplying free food and there will be free drinks for the bands who take part.
