Backing tracks?.I like Mini disc, I also like DAT, but which is better? only 1 way to find out......
...ask you lot! Anybody any preferences which to use and why?...As that ozzy burd said..I'm torn! Kev
MP3... Try the Tascam ss r1 cool piece of kit http://www.tascam.com/products/ss-r1.html
looks interesting JM but can you link a footswitch to it?
Are you looking for a Recording and Replay medium Kev? Or just a player?
Im just looking at options at the mo Stuart. I fancy maybe one of each Mini Disc and DAT machine built into the rack. I believe the DAT gives a better recording quality but Im not too familiar with the players as in how easy is it to select tracks in a live situation etc. I would be looking at tranfering the tracks into either medium off the PC after adapting MiDi files. The Mini Disc player is great if you want to stop/start with a footswitch and its easy to swap the tracks around but is the DAT player as flexible?
