Nags Head Macclesfield last night

With thanks to our dep drummer

Gotta say a great big thank you to Niel from Viva La Coldplay for stepping in on the drums last night.....considering he had just 1 days notice and had to learn 16 tunes, he did an awesome job. Great drummer and a great bloke too. Cheers Buddy :)

We weren't at our best last night, a little disjointed and unorganised for the last minute cancellation. Slight problems with our 'on stage' sound made it a little difficult for us all to hear things clearly, but lessons learnt and new cables on order lol.

Bit of a mixed reaction from the crowd....most had still arrived expecting Vera Cruz, so the first set was a little 'quiet' from them....but, in the main they all hung about for the second set and definately livened up to it a bit more after the break.

So, not one of our best nights, but we all totally enjoyed it, there were no major disasters and the majority of the crowd left happy.

A refreshingly honest review.....
We all have 'off' nights and using a dep drummer was brave of you...
The Nags Head is one of the best venues and crowds on the circuit and most importantly you say you enjoyed it.
Well done.
