'classic' rock at it's finest.....

Sticky Fingers......The Station.....Ellesmere Port.
Although you know me as a Punk I've also done the 'classic' rock circuit for many years so I know what I'm looking for in a 'rock' band.
I've seen many 'Bog Standard' 'classic' rock bands in my time and most of them bore me.
STICK FINGERS however, not only thoroughly entertained me but their choice of tunes was rather refrshing too.
When they opened with Bad Company 'can't get enough' I thought it was gonna be a long night but then I realised halfway through the song 'hang on a minute....these boys are playing this really well'.....and they kept me watching and clapping until the break.....I went a ful set without a piss or a smoke.....
STICKY FINGERS are a very experienced band who know how to deliver their songs, they have an excellent sound which delivers controlled power when it's needed and the lead and backing vocals are spot on.
The Thin Lizzy covers were faultless and I defy anyone to play them better.....

Powerful, controlled, experienced, entertaining.....these guys ROCK.....

But hey, that's just my humble opinion.....

Tonight, I'm off to the venue in Shaw to see 'Out Of Town'.....
