It's nearly a year on since NWB ACCY OXJAM - What are you doing this year?

Can you believe it? It's nearly a year on since the NWB Accrington Oxjam 2007!

Looking back, I must admit it was one hell of a weekend. Over 80 bands over 5 venues over 4 days. I'm sure many of you NWB'ers remember it fondly. It was great to put some faces to the online NWB usernames.

Unfortunately I wont be doing anything for Oxjam this year. Mainly because after year I said "NEVER, F'IN AGAIN!, :-)

I'd be interested to hear what bands will be doing for Oxjam this year, if anything.

On a side note, I must admit it would be nice to get a proper bo NWB night up and running somewhere. Get a few bands in on the act, and have a few jolly beers.

the Oxjam thing seems to have fizzled out since they changed it from October to all year round? Haven't heard anything recently and they used to have me on their mailing list. Just watch, I'll get one now!

Agreed - The move of Oxjam to a all year thang was a BAD move, and is one of the reason why I havent dont anything this time round.

Roll on NWB Fest! :-) Baggies not being events manager!
