Massive night at the Black Bull at Standish...
Oh what a night we had last night at the Bull at Standish!
The atmosphere was totally electric from the git go.
But the pinicle of the night was that Ann the Landlady, bless her soul, had gone the extra 100 miles & actually had ANTHEM T. Shirts printed for the crowd inc the bar staff.
Both Mark & myself were gob-smacked, as she had done it as a surprise for us.
The set went down exceptionally well & the crowd was just amazing. Some lovely, lovely punters there last night, who love rock music & are not afraid to show their appreciation. Gigs like this really restore your faith in the pub scene!
Still a bit bleary eyed due to the loss of an hour’s kip, so will sign off now, but again thanks to all who attended & look forward to seeing you there again on the 8th May.
