Monday had my car broken into with a lot of equipment in - smashed my side window in doing so. (down) Didnt touch any of the equipment but pinched a jar of money left in there. It was euros as well very small denominations they must have benn sick when they looked in (up)

Always a bit scary leaving gear in the car. Sounds like you had a lucky escape. Still a bastard though getting broken into.

I only had mostly speakers in and you dont expect it at dinner time when you work in the front room of your house and the cars parked outside the front. Anyway hope they are enjoing spending their euros at the corner shop. I only can hear in one ear but I really must be losing my hearing in the other as I heard nothing and there was a big stone on the front seat.
