You may know I'm off to Prague in a few weeks for my first Sonisphere experience...got the line-up times yesterday and found out Antrax are on at same time as Stone Sour...Ohhh decisions decisions...

Yeah I got a fair amount of clashes on the sunday with Suicical Tendences, Stone Sour and Aerosmith all clashing at the same time and I want to see all 3 desperately...how do I choose which one to watch????

Thankfully I won't have that problem on the friday as there is virtually feck all on thanks to ACDC lol

Well Antrax and Stone Sour are both on till 9ish then Rise Against which I can't say I've heard too much by them...then the your boys are on at 11..by that time I'll probably be wasted!

And how much is your flight costing u?

Thats the great thing....all in under £300pp long weekend Fri-Mon.

Return flight from Leeds/Bradford - £140
3 nights hotel in Prague center - £65pp
Sonisphere ticket - £55
Minibus to/from airport & to/from festival - £30pp
= £290 approx (cant remember exact prices but this the is general breakdown)

Not bad eh...
There was only 5 going at first until my mate told me how much it all was so another 5 of us jumped on the band-wagon.

dont we get fleeced over here!!! I read a few years ago about a fesival in Germany (the darkness played at the height of there fame) and it was free - the council paid the promoters knowing it would bring income to the city through punters - cant imagine that here!!!
Never mind - theres always Heywoodstock at Queens Park!

i need to get a new laptop wireless adaptor so i can hook it up and stream to the telly again. will be having a festival at home that weekend(sat on the sofa with beer munchies and may make some burgers up)
may even hire a portaloo to put in the garden
