That Rick's a cheeky bugger. Had me playing the bloody drums on my night off and everything ;o)

The end.

No but seriously, a talented group of people the 45s. Top notch female vox, solid bass, nice guitar and Rick on drums. I didn't know until tonight that he has only been playing for 4 years.....well I wish I had been that good 4 years into my drumming career. The sound was great and had a nice balance to it. Some thought it was too loud. I thought it was spot on.

They blasted through their classic rock athems, interspersed with the odd pop tune. It was a good mix. Shame the young uns didn't really appreciate it, but there were plenty others in who did. It was nice to see Geoffs amazing light show too. It was worth the trip just for that.

I don't often do recommendations, but I'd be more than happy to stick my neck out for the 45s. They are quality. And they're a lovely group of people too.

Thanks also to the other NWBers flying the flag. And thanks for the "warhammer" sticks Rick. I don't think I'll ever need another pair of sticks ever again lol.
