A great night at the Hindley Arms

What a fantastic venue this is

A big thanks to Dave and Dee for their wonderful hospitality last night. After the football result and people being out in the afternoon we were a little worried that everyone would have gone home before we even started. We neednt have worried though a good sized crowd stayed and we ended up having a great time although a rather sweaty one. Dave and Dee as usual were superb hosts and looked after us from the moment we arrived to when we left. This really is one of the best if not the best venue around. We look forward to returning later in the year. Thanks again
Dave and Dee for having us last night it was our pleasure.

Great set lads, really impressive. Sorry we left before the end but the missus had to go to work at 5am (Ouch!)

Check my previous review on these guys - they're ace!

As for Dee & Dave... true legends, making me & the Missus feel really welcome, with a free beer & good scram to boot.
Thanks to Idle Promise & the hosts for making the evening far better than watchin that shower of shit in the afternoon!!
Even though Dee couldn't remember our band name and thought it was "SKIPPY" after Dave's impressiion of a Meektat... Doh!

See you in November (If not before)

Graham - (ex Johnny M now Skippy) LOL
