Anyone played "the polish club" in Barnsley before?

we are there saturday and need info


We are playing at the polish club in barnsley on saturday night, does anyone know anything about the venue or have you played there before?

Great venue and great host but turnouts can be disappointing...

Yeah, been there to watch, and run a big charity gig there a couple of years ago. Good stage area, plus all the above posted by Cold Flame.

not been there personally but is it run by Mr Sheen? do they "pledge" to support all bands?

..i ve heard its very clean and smells of moorland heather !! ...Im from Barnsley but never played but heard its a good venue to play from my yorkshire sources !!

Echo the above, great venue, but sometimes poorly atended, hope you have a good un though.
