....for Classic and Contemporary Rock.......

Hi

I'm a mature guitarist who relocated to Wrexham last year. I’ve spent the last couple of months trying out with another band in the area but it didn’t work out so I’m trying again!!!

I'd like to get together a band playing a mix of Classic and Contemporary Rock. Some of the stuff I’ve done before are well known Classic Rock (Can't Get Enough Of Your Love - Paul Rogers/Bad Company, Fool For Your Lovin' - Whitesnake/Moody Marsden Band, She Sells Sanctuary - The Cult), some less well known 60's to 90's Rock (Helter Skelter - U2, Keep Your Hands to Yourself - Georgia Satellites, Rocky Mountain Way - Joe Walsh, Shadow Play - Rory Gallagher) and some contemporary Rock (Holiday - Green Day, Molly's Chamber - Kings Of Leon, Vertigo - U2, Monster – The Automatic). I've also done AC/DC, Quo, ZZ, Rock and Roll, etc. and fancy trying some Deep Purple, QotSA and Biffy Clyro - basically anything that ROCKS!!!

I've got good gear and my own transport and I'm happy to travel for weekly rehearsals. I'm aiming to gig 3 or 4 times a month but I have a demanding job and an equally demanding wife, so this is a serious hobby rather than a profession!

If you are available and interested or a band looking for a new member, please PM through NWB's or mail me on bernie@goldcliffe.co.uk

Thanks
