Guitarist required

Hi all.

We have had lots of interest in this but just wanted to give people who may not have seen this but would be interested a chance.

Phil Collins tribute band are looking for a guitarist to join them on a permanent basis.

We are a four piece band which uses synth bass on all songs, but everything else is played live. You must be able to play to click tracks as we use an in ear monitoring system and no backline.

We have a state of the art P.A system which we bring to all gigs.

We have a light show and a lighting engineer.

We are one of the most popular Genesis and Phil Collins tribute band in the U.K with nearly 500 gigs over an eleven year period under our belt. We have appeared at four Genesis conventions and are appearing at this years Matthew Street Festival in Liverpool on the Tunnel stage to an expected crowd of 25,000.

We currently play between twenty four and thirty gigs per year, mainly in larger music venues and theatres across the North West of England, but we are looking at gigs further away from this area next year. Abroad is a real possibility as we have had offers from Portugal and Holland which we would want to persue next year.

Our website is at:

www.facevalue.me.uk

You must be committed to learning the songs we play to a high standard and reproducing exactly the notes and sounds as near as possible to replicate what Genesis and Collins do themselves.

You must have own equipment with an acoustic guitar as well as the usual electric guitar and effects board etc etc

Ideally we need a Genesis and Phil Collins fanatic (we all are) to play this music, so please get in touch with us if you think you would like to be considered for this band.

I believe that it is a good gig although I wasn't in The Soul Train last year so it will be the first time for me. I believe that it is £60 a ticket.
