Still buzzzzzzzing.......

Still buzzing after a fantastic performance last night!!! Another one of them nights that you just don't want to end!! The mix of music was superb and catered for everyone, and the volume bang on for our premisies. Another band who put 100% and more into their performance which definitely gets the crowd going. Nicky, jeez I don't know where u got the energy from and honestly I was feeling sorry for u when the crowd wouldn't let the band stop. I've been trying to persaude Gordon and yvonne to start live music and this was the first they had been in our pub for ages - couldn't have picked a better night and they seen for themselves the difference it has made to our place. It has been a total learning curve but I think we can now say we have achieved our goal and having the right bands for the venue has made live music very successful for us!!!!

Thanks again guys and look forward to your return.

Luv an hugs Jaxxxxx

Jackie, your far too modest to mention it on here but..... The reason the bands work so well at your place is simply because of your enthusiasm. Been said elsewhere , You are Blackpools version of Dave and Dee.
I'm still buzzing and I only managed to catch the second set.

Thanks Jackie and Keef. There was a real feel good factor floating about the place last night ( Wigan 0 - Blackpool 4 ) can't think why - lol.

I counted around TWELVE 45's fliers on the walls and windows and note that Jackie promotes the gigs on Facebook and NWB which is one of the reasons that "Live Bands" are working for the Old Bank Inn.

May it long continue and look forward to coming back in October,

Cheers,

Rick & The 45's
