CATDOG at the Windmill. A brief summary

There is no justice

We went to see CATDOG at the Windmill last night. Really nice guys. I spoke a lot to Ian & Chris (and the other Chris later on).

If there was any justice, these guys would be earning their living from doing what they do. Right from the quality of sound down to the backing vocals they are a polished, tight, professional outfit throughout.

Anyone who know me knows I'm not given to exaggeration and positively dislike gladhanding.

This band are the best I have seen in years.

Their setlist may not be an easy sell in some places, but their delivery of some unfamiliar tunes to the pubgoers is second to none. I have been mentally prompted to try and raise my game.

Anyone who hasn't seen CATDOG need to make a point of doing so. There is not one single weak spot. The bar is set.

@ Bad Horsie (Mick) It's no surprise to me that you enjoyed these guys, I was knocked out when I saw them earlier this year at the same venue,

Rick.
