Monster weekend in Blackpool

Anyone know of any rock/metal venues in Blackpool?

I have about 20 people I met at the Download Festival coming up to Blackpool this weekend and the plan is to get hammered on the friday night, do the pleasure beach and other touristy shit on saturday, then head down to the King Eddy for our gig on the saturday night, then go into town after it and get plastered to celebrate me burfday.

As we are all metal heads, any ideas where I could take them on the friday night and after our gig on the sat?

Try The West coast cafe (by the winter gardens) on friday night mate.
That said Dakota are at The Osk friday night. Post gig it has to be the Tache on cookson st (Backof the bus station). Lyn plays some very sharp metal tunes till the wee hours.
You'll need some energy saving for Bob and Veronicas scoff till yer drop breakfast at the Brooklyn sunday morn.

Who said you cant have enough of a good thing?
Gonna bust a gut geting round to see all the bands Friday and Saturday.

Yeah its still there Di, probably in the same state as you last remember it LOL. Word is that its due to be pulled down in the next few months.
