A Fond Farewell from the Welly

But I will be back !!!

Just a quick message to you all. To let you know that Darren and I are leaving the Wellington on December 8th this year.

We've had enough with the fight of trying to keep the pub going. I know I've not been on here for a veeerrryy long time, but for those of you that do remember us Goodbye and thank you all for the fantastic nights of good old fashioned Rock and Roll.

We do hope to see as many of you as we can in the future, I do intend to set up a fan account so that I can check in on you all from time to time and find out where and when you are playing.

Our new local will be George IV in Burnley, they have recently started putting bands on, so if you feel like making life easy for me, you could always book a gig there. I do intend to pass some of your numbers onto them and you will be highly recommended.

So Farewell for now, may you all have a Very Merry Xmas (sorry Viking I know its a little early =) ) and a Wonderfully Happy New Year.

All our Love and Respect to you all

Donna and Darren

Thank you all for your kind words, they really do mean a lot to me and Darren.
Our last night here will be Sunday 5th Dec, so any of you are available come over and help us get rid of the stock.
As we are coming out of the pub game completely, we will have more time to come and see you guys.
And who knows if I can get a bar job in my new local, I may see some of you a lot sooner than you think ;-)
