Good to put faces to names

Massive thanks to Jimmy for the opportunity to play at OMT and Luiz for doing our sound.

Good to finally meet & have a chin wag with a load of NWB'ers (you know who you are) and great to catch up with me pals Al & Graham. Top bunch of guys just out enjoying themselves...nice one.

A great night from our side...look forward to returning to OMT next year.

Thanks again,
Dean

bloody spot on that skips/al

it was bugging me for ages who dean looked like

on a different note though, again not a massive fan of punk and was merely a glint in my dad's eye when it was at it's height, but the Sugar Bullets were top last night. Heard some great things beforehand and needless to say, wasn't disappointed at all.

Just sorry I had to slip away early doors-ish again. These damn saturday morning practices. Gonna have to get that remedied.

;)

Ta fer comments guys, the massive blister on the palm of my hand was worth it...although it's gonna kill me tomorrow at Talbot gig.

Haha James Dean Bradfield?? Never had that one before & I can't see it (apart from our name) but I'll accept, he's a legend! In my younger thinner longer/blonder haired days people used to call me Jamie Oliver, but that kinda grew outa me...literally lol.

G, many thanks for the pics dude - mind if I nick 'em for our FB page?

Enjoyed last night very much so, nice to put some faces to some of thoes names on here. :)

Gotta say, I never realised how much bass detail was in some of thoes old punk tunes. That Rickenbacker really cuts through with it's very distinctive sound. Can't think of any other basses that could do that job so well :)

Hope to see the whole thing next time.

@ G - cheers fella.

@ Steve B - He's a bloody good bassist is our Mike, I feel very comfortable playing in a band with him and a good friend too. I always wind him up & say I prefer his "old black guitar" lol.

Thanks for coming along last night chaps and chapettes and double thanks for all your kind comments. As Deano sez- we had a blast! Nice to be the band chosen to introduce old skool punk to the OMT- top gig! Sorry that we were not able to supply teenage kicks guys, but you never know where the ultimate(TM) punk police might be lurking. We don't wanna get drummed outa the Anarchy society do we...

Right, I'm off to put my Dresden nOrth End head on inna Worzel Gummiddge stylee and head off to the lovely Wangies for round two...

By the way, since when did JD Bradfield model for Kay's Catalogue?

With hearty apologies to Bax Rafter!

LGIT: Diddums. Has someone taken away your smarties? Have a cup of tea, three sugars. You'll feel much better.
