Has closed ! ( yet again )

So all gigs are now cancelled , kev the relief landlord has just rang to cancel our gig this friday , the pub has been sold beneath him and will be a chinese resteraunt lol

Get in touch if you need any info etcf ,
Ahh well ! another venue fucking gone !

read in the daily mail today a well known brewery is closing 6500 pubs next year !!

yes Punch is selling all these 6,000 pubs and the 20% vat will kill alot more the publican news paper says more pub will shut in 2011 than in 2010

2011 will be even worse last friday we had 3 bands all great bands 1 local who alway pull a big crowd the band where so upset to see the place dead sat night was much the same with a good few in but no one drinking 1-2 drinks lasting all night or coming to the bar for a glass of water(which we now have to give tap water by law ) how many band will be playing to empty house's jan and feb what is the answer (bring back smoking and stop the supermarkets selling beer so cheap cut beer tax ) support these thing and venue's may stay open
