or does the site seem very slow when your browsing
Noticed it yesterday when I was browsing the blogs that it was taking ages to move from one blog to another. Seems OK on other sites. Anybody else got similar probs. Charlie
No!AYP
@ AYP...thought you'd be the first Al lol ta.Just timed it and it took me nearly a minute to get back to the blog....shit!!!
About 4 secs for me flirting between blogs. Run a scan just to check you haven't got anything on your hard drive you shouldn't have. :-( AYP
+1 to that.If you are using Windows, go here http://onecare.live.com/site/en-gb/default.htmand run a complete safety scan. It's amazing the difference "uncloging" your PC can do.
@Al and RFB thanks lads will try that link.
When ever my computer gives me stick, I've learnt the hard way to not mess with it for a few days. Just use it as normal, or as best you can and see how it goes. That has saved me so much hassle. It's easy to think it's at your end and start messing only to make it worse. Trying to fix that which is not broken. If after a few days the problem still persists then start messing. Also, I find it very useful to have 2 or even 3 browsers I can chose from. Firefox is my favourite. Internet explorer, Opera are all on my machine and all have different success with problem sites and pages.
perhaps have a chat sat night? ;-D
@ Steve Blease....might try your suggestion Steve...ran the scan as suggested by RFB but hasn't made any difference, so gonna leave it for a while or even download a few more browsers and see what happens.
@ Viking...yea speak to you Sat V, looking forward to seeing Boneyard Dogs. Missed you last week, had a trip down to the Colliers to see Northern Riot, definetly worth a watch if you get the chance...excellent band really enjoyed them.
