Albums you know you like

but haven't listened to for ages.......

I have to thank Mr Richard Harrison and Mr Robert Redfern for getting me back into two absolutely stonking albums that I hadn't thought about for ages.

Rick's blog about Floyd and Genesis prompted me to dig out 'Wind and Wuthering', an amazing album from Genesis that I hadn't listened to for about 5 years.

Not only is Rob's new band called 'Black Rose', but in a conversation he mentioned that it was one of his favourite Lizzy albums, so I pulled that one out aswell and played it on the way home from a gig in Preston - and it's still on in the car!

Whilst it's brilliant to discover new music, it can be just as good to rediscover old favourites....

It's got to be Genesis Trick of the Tail for me.......this album was the sound track to my first years of life.....and has been a massive influence eversince. Phil Colins one of the best....and most underated drummers of all time!
