I'd speak to TE first and try and find out the spec on the speaker.
If you just bung any 15" speaker in, it might sound great, more likely it won't.
The speaker needs to be matched to the enclosure, ( or vice versa).
I've a pair of EMINENCE DELTA 15-A's 15" Speakers, 400w 8 Ohm, but you need to say which Combo it is to check if it would be suitable.
Speaker Cabinets and Speaker matching is a "black art".
Lean Audio are great at advice as well.

Thanks guys.
It's a Trace Elliot GP7 SM 150 combo.
The speaker that's blown is a Celestion BG 15S 100.
No idea if that's the original/correct speaker for the amp/enclosure but it sounded fine before it died.
Just had a look at the TE website but my amp's not listed.

Is it an 8 or 4 Ohm or model?

Is it this one only with a 15" Speaker?

Nah, it's more like this but a 150W model:

cgi.ebay.co.uk/.../eBayISAPI.dll:MEWAX:IT

The speaker out socket says 4 Ohms
The output power is 150 W RMS 300 W peak.

Looks like Problem No1 is that the speaker is rated at 100W RMS and you amp is kicking out 150W RMS. From what I can gather the 4 Ohms is the total load the Amp will handle, so the exsiting speaker should be an 8 Ohm one allowing you to plug another 8 Ohm Cab in parallel.
Problem No 2 is that it appears to be a "tuned" cabinet if it has 2 "tuning ports" to the right hand side.
Any chance you could measure the "inside" measurements of the speaker section, ( I am assuming the Amp section and Speaker section are effectively seperate "boxes" ).
You may be able to get a rough idea from the outside.

Blimey, this is getting complicated...
Approx measurements of the inside of the cabinet are:
57cm x 43cm x 27cm

Just trying to be helpful and check whether one of the speakers I have would do.
The emminenece speakers I have work best in a Ported Cab of between 2.9 and 5.7 Cu Ft.
Your cab is 2.32. That is not to say they wouldn't be any good in yours, but it's a chance you take.
An Emminence Deltalite 2515 would be fantastic, light, (and expensive)
An Emminence Gamma 15A would also work really well.
So the choices are:
a) Find a speaker that works well in a 2.32 CuFt Vented Cab, (Lean Audio are great with this kind of advice)
b) Take a chance and put any speaker in.
c) Cut the Amp off and buy a properly designed Bass Cab and use a seperate Head/Cab.
Drop me a PM if you want any more info.
