We'll be using the sat nav on Pauls phone I think, unless Don gets cross at it again ;o)

Come off the M65 at the MacShit services and take the 3rd exit (providing you are coming from Chorley M61). Go up to the junction A666 and turn left towards Darwen.

When you get to the petrol station (on the left) take your next right onto Avondale Rd. Drive up Avondale Rd and turn left After the school. The Alex is a few hundred yards on the left hand side.

Oops...the 3rd exit will take you to MacShits! I meant the 4th exit but I'm sure that you'll figure that out.
