Following the success of recent monthly concerts hosted by the newly created Glossop Club Acoustic at The Grey Mare in Charlesworth, Club organisers Barry Barlow and Glen Barnard have now decided to rotate venues around Glossop centre to give local people across the valley the opportunity to support what is becoming a very popular and established social event. The Club which exists to promote local acoustic music of varoius kinds including tradional folk, new age, blues and blues grass meets every month and is gaining both fans and performers from all around High Peak.
The next event will be held on Thursday May 5th at The Star Inn on Howard Street in the centre of Glossop. Headlining the latest GCA concert is original singer songwriter Neil Fisher who will be performing tunes from his latest album 'Chordweiner'.
