The ups and downs and more downs of May...

Looking to fill a few gaps

Great night last weekend at the Sportsmans but snce then.....

One gig cancelled as the pub has been sold! (at least the landlord told us before we rolled up)
One gig re-booked for September due to the Champions League final (28th, check with your bookings just in case)
Finally the famous Frontier at Batley has stopped doing bands on Sunday so our gig there also pulled!
Maybe I need to change my aftershave!

Anyway all this turns the rest of May into a bit of a dry spell although we are appearing at the Darwen Fest on 31st so if there are any venues on the lookout please get in touch.

Cheers.

Champions League is going to catch a few out - if it doesn't go to extra time its gonna be 10pm before presentation is done. Plus, I don't think soundchecks will be too popular during game so early start; and if united lose, wouldn't fancy being in a pub full of bank holiday weekend pissed off drunken football fans!!!! - we might be better off out of it!!!

Total pisser about Batley though (and pub going tits)
