*drumshop* on ebay regularly have buy one pair get one pair free on promark seconds (i think it's just blemishes in the wood not that they're 5 inches too short or owt).

I buy nova sticks buy the brick (they're vic firth seconds) but just recently have been trying Los Cabos red hickory sticks and have found them to be the longest lasting stick I've ever had (I tend to shred others to sawdust in 2-3 gigs).

Hi Rick, it's Rick here!!! I've been searching for cheap deals on sticks for a while now, I use Vic Firth, Vater or Zildjian.

Best I've found of late (except for special deals on eBay) is Thomann online. If you get enough bits the postage matters less, but they are generally £8.42 a pair, although a quick google gives £7.29 a pair at drum-stop.co.uk.

If you play signature sticks at all, it looks like you're out of luck though!!
