Fuck me! what can i say, except what I said after watching Gavin Harrison a few weeks ago at the Manchester drum centre clinic.....where's that bloody skip?? Going to see Dream Theater at Hi Voltage next Sunday with new drummer Mike Mangini.....jeez has he got a job on his hands, trying to fill Portnoy's very large and worthy shoes.... Pete

Its a megga chart even when you ssssllllooooooowwwww it doooooowwwwwnnnn and count the numbers, listen to the click which tells you which note you count on, having said that there's no way I could do it in a month of Sundays. Have a listen to some friends of mine called Kong (a UK band not the European ones), they are rally off the wall and use extreem time signatures, drummer Mark Heron played with Oceansize before they split this year and whose a really odd drummer but amazing to watch. N

he says 1-2 on a 4 note , and he doubles time on a 6 or half times on a 3 which are both the same .... it's a pile of bullshit, having said that, it's a cunt to play!!
