Review & thank you!

This year SomeBigFish played the Friday night slot at Styal Beer Festival - an event I've been involved in for the last 3 years now.

The last couple of years the Friday slot has been played by jazz singers, and this year we wanted to up the tempo a little without detracting from the Saturday night. Turns out SomeBigFish were absolutely perfect.

I spent most of the evening walking the festival with my camera as ST Photography and everyone I spoke to had nothing but amazing things to say about SomeBigFish.

So there ya go, not a review from me, but from the hundreds of people who turned up to what was the busiest Friday night in the history of Styal Beer Festival. Many, many thanks lads.

I suspect that tonight is going to be a good one! Bad Blood (the teenagers from last year) return as Vacant Lot and headlining are Whatever!.......best go pack my drum kit up :o) Excited is not the word.

No problems Willow. Got some videos as well, but it would appear that I need one of those dead hamster type affairs for the microphone to stop the wind noise. I'll see what I can salvage ;o)

No thunderstorms, just the wind blowing over the mic on my recorder :o)

Still, it was a severe breeze and the guys were brave for playing through it lol
