For sale.

Hi all,

I have an 80s schecter Telecaster with 2 HBs and a locking trem I need to sell. Don't really want to but I just bought a Gibson Explorer and wife unit is clucking as we only have a small house

Spec:

1980s serial number on backplate states A 8331.
Neck:22 fret. Nice comfy C shape. I think it's rosewood. It's pretty tight grained. I bought this from Ebay in the US and had a luthier friend (Cojo Guitarworks in California) refret it for me as they were pretty banged up. The locking nut pictured works fine but has, at some time in its history, had one of the clamps replaced and the previous owner was obviously out of the correct one.

Body: Good condition. A few gig dings as to be expected with its age. Nothing enormous though. Routed for 2 HBs, 3 way switch and a floyd trem.

Pickups: 2 Carvin humbuckers. I don't think they are original but they're pretty good. Coil tapped. One volume, one tone.

Bridge: Looks to be a replacement for the original Floyd Rose that was in there. Some kind of BC Rich licenced job. I know it stays in tune and intonates properly, but I have always kept this guitar as a hardtail so do not know what the trem action is like. It didn't come with an arm.

There are some other pics here.

Not sure of value but the neck and body of this have to be reasonably well priced? Make me an offer (no pisstakes please. Above £100.....) Unfortunately I need money not trades as I have to pay for my gibby ;o)

Not sure just what it'll be worth, but I bet that's a cracker for someone! Unfortunately I will look away as otherwise I'll be waking up with puncture wounds!... ... ... 8-S
