Haha beat me to it, 26 coz then im 5 mins from home! Gary BOF
I see a pattern forming here.................... ;-) Best wishes John
you should have called in for a brew James..T
J19 for the A556 to the M56 and South Manchester or J31 for the M55 to Blackpool.
juntion 10 project 9 practise rooms and studis are round there well good place
http://www.route6.co.uk/m6juncbyjunct.php thought you may like some info on the M6
21a with the M62 - nearly home..... AYP
Junction 10, between Walsall & Wolverhampton, because it’s an odd shape but also because I used to walk across it on my way to college and think “they’re all going somewhere interesting and I’m not”. I was probably wrong but I still smirk when I drive under it. MN
No one corrected my deliberate mistake. The M55 is obviously J32, not 31.RgdsST Nav
Is it just me or does anyone else think that the sign for junction 34 looks like someone with a droopy penis...makes me laugh everytime I go past...ha ha ha............ok its just me then .......... @ wagontown.if I'd nown you were up I would have ha ha
The one for the M5 south west at about 10 o'clock at night especially on the way to Cornwall... :0)
Ok i change mine, well its not a junction, more a sign: Manchester 19 Liverpool 18 can o worms me thinks Gary BOF
Worst one is that Lancaster/Morecambe one going up M6...in rain!...you're wizzing along at 70mph in a fully loaded van then you come to that...like something from Alton Towers!
@ Gary That's odd because my fav sign is Liverpool 5 Manchester 3 ;-P Two great teams though Best wishes John
Lol, lets leave it there, we dont wnat to start kikkin the site off again!!!! Yeah man, two great teams, jus mine is better pmsl! Gary, BOF
@ Gary... Yeah they are matey........... At the moment ;-) I think it is between you and City for the title matey to be fair. Best wishes John
15 and 16 at stoke..they are a nightmare. more accidents there than anywhere on the M6. has we come from stoke (stoke 1..liverpool .o and very unlucky against dynamo last night)) we use it regular so we come off at 17
The M6 is shit and always full of sheeple...I much prefer the M62...
Baaaaaaaaahhhhhh....
@Mick Nash - they weren't going anywhere interesting - just straight into a traffic jam!!! When I worked down there a couple of years back I always took that route (The Black Country Way - there;s a song in there!!) as it kept moving!:0)....I admit, I had to sing "Goodbye Blackcountry Way" everytime!!! lol
Wasn't "Goodbye Blackcountry Way" the first record played on Radio 1 ? @ James, re: Junction 34, yes I'd noticed...but it didn't make me laugh! MN
No it was Flowers in the rain, right band though....T
Best junction for driving is southbound m6 onto east bound m56 ... Lovely sweeping left hander,a slight right hander with reverse camber then up the left hander on to the 56 .... with the added complication of traffic joining from the left as you sweep up the right handerwillowstig
@ Mick..must just be the self association that makes me chuckle then...
@ james, i have the same sad sense of humour, hell i still giggle when i trump, will keep my eyes out for this sign- maybe an accident waiting to happen!!!
@james luke - I always thought the sign as you approach Ashton U Lyne from yorkshire looked like a turtle balancing on one leg. I then realised after many years it was only me who saw this and that I was probably too old for any corrective medical attention!!! lol;0)I'll keep my eye out for it too!
Junction 21a kicks ass... when they've not decided to shut it when I'm on my way back from rehearsals.
damn you jez for making me google that....but you're right..no corrective medication needed..maybe just some support for the poor turtle, he's been there a while now...probably dying for a shit, I can almost see the tur...............well you know the rest ha ha
@ BOF yep still have a giggle at that as well.but we call it pumping or BOFfing no insult was implied or intended and the makers of this blog or its co-conspiritors cannot be held responsible for any content within x
Junction 36.....cos that means I'm heading home to the lakes and mountains !!! (yeh...I'm Cumbrian.....and before anybody starts...." Be carefull...some of my best friends are SHEEP !!) stu.
Not Jucntion 1, It's too far away.
I like Junction 4 (a) on the M5 Southbound.....The village of 'Lickey End'...honest, google it....
