Took this in P/Ex. Absolute mint with Gator Case.

I took this in P/Ex for a Bacchus I was selling and I really don't need another Bass. It is still in as new condition. Not one bump or scratch on the guitar.
The guitar has been kept in a hardcase all its life, hence the reason for the immaculate condition. Recently just put a new set of DR Marcus Miller Fat Beam's on it and it has never sounded better. Such a versatile bass, you can dial-in a range of tones to suit your sound. Here's what Lakland have to say...........

Way off the deep end! Just like the 44-01, dual Bartolini MK-1 split-coil soapbars are coupled with the MK-1 preamp. The 44's and 55's have that deep Lakland cutaway on the high register side of the neck that allows easy access to ALL 22 frets up the neck for throwing licks on top of your grooves.

And we have said it before: 35-inch scale necks make for killer low B's! That is why the low tones on Skyline 5-string basses boom with piano-like clarity!

Scale Length: 35"
Frets: 22
Neck Wood: Flat-Sawn Maple with Graphite Reinforcement Bars
Body wood(s): Ash
Tuners: Hipshot Lisc. Ultra-Lite's
Controls: Cut and Boost: Bass, Midrange, Treble, Panning-style Pickup Blend Control
Master Volume (pull for tone control bypass)
Bridge: Lakland Dual Access (through body or through bridge)
Preamp: Bartolini MK-1
Pickups: Bartolini MK-1 split-coil soapbars

I am looking for £475 for the bass, which is what it owes me from the deal.
Thanks for looking, any questions.
It's this one and also in Sunburst.

Absolutely awesome basses these. Had one myself a few months ago but had to move it on after losing my job. I was absolutely gutted. There's a bloke on You Tube who shows a comparison between this a Fender Jazz and a Fender Precision, and the Lakeland matched them in all aspects.

If I had the money right now, I'd be ripping your arm off for this!!! Fucking recession!!!!

dont suppose you want to trade it for a warwick $$ double buck corvette or a fender accoustic bass

Hi Rob,
Not really interested in trades. I am more than happy with my 2 x ACG's, a G&L and a Marleaux and am looking to thin out the collection.

I dont really need it to be honest but never tried a Lakland, my Mrs is now operating a strict one in one out policy on bass guitars at out house, so a swap would have been within the rules.
