I think Ghosts by Japan is quite scary, some really sinister synthy sounds on there. Though the prize for a song that scares me the most is FX by Black Sabbath off Vol 4. Mainly because I had this riduclous sleep-paralysis nightmare when I was about 15 about going into a substation full of these weird glowing orbs that fed off the power in there and then started chasing me and the soundtrack to the dream was FX! Still can't hear it now without having the shivers.
