Not posted on here for a while ….
Run for Cover sort of demised at the back end of last year
Since then I have been plying my trade as Keys / 2nd guitar / vocals with Vankwish
More recently my bro Dave also joined Vankwish on Bass and vocals
The core of Run for Cover had always been me, Dave and Dave’s son Mike on Drums
As you can imagine we’ve been together a while and are a pretty tight unit….
We can operate as a trio and have done the odd gig as such….. we’ve also done some stuff with acoustic guitar and cajon …. but neither really hits the spot in terms of what we’d ideally like to do…. For us a big rock dinosaur is what its all about Lol !!
Soooo ……… were looking for a new member or members
Me and Dave intend to continue with Vankwish so it wont be a full on gigging every week commitment.
And we are flexible about what the new member(s) should bring to the band,
Obviously the engine room of bass and drums is fixed but I can do either guitar or keys or vocals and sometimes a combination of two.... though not all three at once ….
So if your either a singer, guitarist, keyboard player or anything else you think might add to our unit come and give us a try.
We currently get together on a Wednesday night in Wigan for a bit of a Jam
