Flying Shuttle Bury - is there a Jam Night

Filed Under : Music , Other

....this Thursday?

Reload are looking to get out to a jam night on Thursday instead of rehearsing (any excuse to bunk off- we find an excuse for about 48 weeks out of the year). We're under the impression (possibly incorrect) that there's a good (ie everything supplied inc drums) jam at the Flying Shuttle on Thursdays.

Can anyone confirm or deny, and if confirming do you know what time it kicks off?

Cheers

Their is one in Radcliffe at the New Bay on stand lane on Thursdays. It's run by Dave Hooper from Lemonade. Myself and a couple more members of Rocking Horse are down there regularly.

two backline amps, pa, Drums and bass gear. There are ofen keys too.

There is a kind of Jam night on thursdays at the Shuttle. Mostly college students but they do have a house band and some gear set up

I beg to differ Ian! Dean is having a night off at The Masons tonight. Damien Heakin of the Gypsy Creams and my good self will be running the Masons Open Mic tonight (No drums sorry).
Why on earth would anyone wanna go to Radcliffe anytime ever?! ;)
