Psychological drama

Im probably going to regret this.

I have read about football players having odd rituals / habits before matches (one sock rolled down, last to leave the changing room etc.) pretty sure the same applies in any sport.
What about our world?
I always keep a bottle of cough medicine next to my monitor and sip it when I know the next song will be a stretch! I'm convinced it provides no real benefit but it makes me feel better!
Our lead guitarist (forgive me Sam) gets twitchy knees before we go on!! - ask him!!!

Lucky plectrums?
Ritualistic placement of pedals?
Song you always warm up with?

Or is just me?

;-)

THE ONLY RITUAL WE HAVE IS TO CLEAR ALL THE DRUMMERS CRAP OUT THE WAY BEFORE ANYONE ELSE CAN GET NEAR THE STAGE!
