Mothers Ruin @ the Cricketers Last Night.

Depping for Viking again, as he was absent last night!!!!!!

Not even attempting to do another review of Mothers Ruin as it's all been said before on this site.Enough to say that they just keep getting better and better in my humble opinion.

The stuff they're doing now is a lot beefier than before and the huge crowd that filled the Crikkies last night loved every minute of it.

So once again a big thanks to Tony (Vocals & Base). Ian( Guitar & Backing Vocals :-)) and Dave (on Drums).

The band got treated to Kim's delights, so much so that Ian nearly tripped over some glasses while performing a solo on the bar!!...so it must have left a lasting impression on him.

Great band ....venue...crowd...what more can you ask for.......Cheers lads.

Viking we'll be requiring a sick note for your absence mate :-)))

lol!! not "sick" , my friend- my bank manager told me to - ermm-pull my horns in?-until next week-m.o.t. plus new brakes plus new clutch plus new remote key fob plus new wheel plus three days off work (unpaid) with the flu = one skint viking!! ;-( ( i did let alan know i'd be grounded for a while)

pleased you had a good 'un-never in doubt with the ruins dudes-alan tells me there were some new (young) faces too-which is good.

hopefully, if the austerity measures have worked i'll be there next week (ritual) and, fingers crossed, no more financial "surprises!! :-/

Thanks Charlie and Norma for filling Vikings shoes, we did know that Viking had a pass out. Heard all about Ians little slip maybe it was the boobs out on display from one of the biker chicks that put him of not being kimmed.

in the company of kim and hubby, eh? d'ya reckon they will get kimmed? can these young 'uns take it? lol!!

looking forward to seeing ritual again-my kinda band.

death to all but metall!! lol!! :-D

Thanks Charlie was a great nite ....Viking wud have been pushed out of his place anyway or he wanted to bounce with the kids at the front ...eh Mr V .. ha !!! Shud be some pics up on FB 2moz ......and yes i nearly had another accident on the bar on my guitar walk ...... at least if i fell Kim wud have been a good cushion .. oops !! We were so good Al booked 2 AIM gigs in .. ;-)
