Sit yourself down with a good book?

Seriously - there is one out there...

A book? Who has time to read with music making, drinking alcohol, NWB blogging etc?

Well.. there is a book that I can definitely recommend and it's relevant to the vast majority of us on here.

British Rock guitar
by Mo Foster
ISBN 978-0-85716-000-3

To summarise it had me laughing and chuckling to myself (my wife though I'd lost the plot) as I read it. Lots of stories about musicians (not just guitarists), studio tales, road tales, windups etc. etc.

I know we might not necessarily be the 'reading/bookworm/library attendee type' but I am still reading through it and enjoying every new chapter... now I must finish writing this blog because I've a book to get back to!
(I might add a few 'choice' quotes from it on here when I get chance)

Try Keith's autobiography, a revealation to a singer who doesn't play. I now look knowingly at the guys when we rehearse and nod wisely, whilst mumbling about open tuning. A cracking read.
