Not had a gig Through NWB for ages

Used to get loads but its slowed down a bit- Updated gig list up so venues get in touch

Veues probably contacting directly now, but used to get a few through NWB- so come one Venues get in touch and pick your dates :-)

not sure if its just me but if you reverse your system - ie/ you get in touch with the venues instead of expecting them to get in touch with you - it might work out a bit better for you

nice one glad uve got some more :-)

thing is today so many bands/artists fighting for so few venues and slots that i bet venues hardly get chance to breathe through people chasing them for gigs.

its like the venues are a hare at the greyhound races n we're all the dogs pmsl!

as soon as they say 'we're taking bookings'.... the gates fly open and we're off haha x

I dont do that much ringing round ( well no ringing round actually ) or canvassing- or open mikes- just a few emails and word of mouth- seem to do OK ? is getting harder though i think!

Hey guys,

Im looking for bands for a local night in Failsworth to play at the 8bells pub.

Its on the 15th of April. You'll have to sell a min of 20 tickets priced at £3 each (however you can sell as many as possible and make more money). You'll get payed half of whatever money you make from sales.
