Kingpin - quick review

I finally got to see the band perform at the Hare n Hounds near Accrington. I'd met Al before but the other lads too are really great guys and very, very good at what they do. We had a natter and a beer with them before and between sets, my partner Zoe yawning a bit when Al and me got deep into Jethro Tull discussion :oP

The show certainly hit the mark, a really good mix of lively material with well crafted, seemless interpretation and structure...and the icing on the cake for me was a montage that almost seemed to be impromtu... when Oasis the band became Cadbury's the flake advert...genius!!

Cheers Guys one of the most polished, entertaining and enjoyable performances I've seen from any of the bands I've happened across since James (my lad) started gigging and turned me into the local live music junkie I've become.

Steve.

It's Aerosmith Keith; there's also a bit of Shed 7 or some such too!

Great to see you again guys and glad James is getting on with his (3!) new bands.
