Im told that UFO and Motorhead appeared in Bolton but no trace on the net

any memories ??

Arthur Brown, John Lee Hooker, Bee Gees, Curved Air, Edgar Broughton, Chicken Shack, McFly!, Groundhogs, think Motorhead did BIT (loadsa bands did that in early 70;s..can't remember any of em) Spencer Davies, Kinks, Mike Oldfield (with Kevin Ayres) Night Train :)

Cat Stevens, Lulu, Ralph McTell rumour has it Paul Simon in very early 60's (when he did that Widnes Station song...went to Cattle Market Folk Club on Orlando St) Hatfield & The North...did I say Night Train?

Frankie Goes to Hollywood!! at the Dance Factory circa 1983...I was way too young for all the others... (The Who also played The Casino or Copperfields circa 1968.69)
Night Train have played there loadsa times..did I mention them...hang on Dazz...you were in band!!! How come you aint put them in your first post?? :D

Been chatting to my mate who co-organised Bluesology at The Octagon in the late 60's early 70's. They booked The Groundhogs and could have booked Led Zep for £50....but decided they couldn't afford them...hahaha...now THAT would have been cool! :)
(£50 then is probably around £750 now!)
