Bands set off but roads really bad


So sorry folks no gig tonight, Not worth anybody taking the risk to get here, roads really bad.

Just been talking to Viking Sharon/Alan, .........we can't get car off the drive.Was thinking of seeing if any taxi's were out and about but seeing as the gig's cancelled, we're calling it a day.See you next week (hopefully)

Yes, its really bad out there, dont want anybody to have accidents, band had set off but were moving slowly on slippy roads.

disappointing but, as you say, not worth risking? there's more to come tonight and if the temperarture drops it's going to be lethal. we're inches deep in it now-the gods alone know how i'll get out for work on monday if it continues?

hopefully, i too, will seeyou next week,al being back to normality.

( i might-just for fun, put a "this is what would have happened review" up tomorrow!!!)

@james-metalleeka-me too, bro (as are many others)-but you had no real options? just isn't worth chancing-either by way of injury or damage ('specially when you're carrying gear in your vehicle).

will try to think of a "what if" review tomorrow. ;-D
