You can now recover your password at any time

You can now recover your password at any time

Just go to the login page, and enter your registered email address in the email box.

You should get a password reminder within a few seconds. If you are using a AOL or Hotmail email addy... then.. erm... good luck!

Remember to add "info@northwestbands.co.uk" to your safe senders/receivers list

Well the functionality was always there... however the problem was people were emailing me as they could remember their username to recovery the password. Now they just need to enter their email address, which should be easier for them to remember.

Previsouly, you had to enter your USERNAME to get your password back

Now, you enter the EMAIL ADDRESS you signed up with, to get your password back

Folks were having problems remembering what username they had chosen on sign up.

i have that problem every sunday morning-eggs, bacon, sausage, tomatoes and a few gallons of coffee usually sort it?
one observation- i tried it to check my e-mail thingy, but now it won't go away? is there every time i clicky on "log in"?? (didn't get no e-mail, neither!!! :-( )
