Didnt want to rub it in...., but yea, hell yea, just brilliant, im so pleased with my tie dye t-shirt as well!!
it was rubbish charlie .................... .. No it was a really good show from the opening train sound fx but cartoon video and straight into rock n roll train till 2 hours later at the end with the cannons on 'for those about to rock' ... Shell even noticed the mistakes they made !! must have met someone from every gig we do in the northwest during the day out... £3.00 to £4 a pint though ......rustles empty pockets .... and then we went to Uncle Rotter Academy gig last nite £3 a pint ...but a good gig also !!! Shells staying in tonite Ha!!!!
oh eye ...got a text off a fellow nwb'er who nearly was scrapping with another muso over urinal space in the packed toilets (fancy peeing away them £4 bottles of carlsberg !!!) Sent a text back with a AC/WC comment ......been trying to think of DC toilet related songs ???
sounds rubbish but i dont like drinking much at an arena, apollo or academy gig, depends purely if im aftera good spot near the front and wanna stay there, and if i do have a cerveza its one ive taken in, (a sneaked in can or two of Budweiser or jack d in a hip flask ha ha) got to be careful tho to stay one lap ahead of the bladder ha ha Robertos Canineos

Bloody hell Ian at 3-4 quid a bottle I'd pee in the empty and recycle it, that way you wouldn't need to go to the urinals all night...............What do expect I'm Scottish!!!!!!
Charlie im a Yorkshireman which could possibly make me worse, i dropped a 5p piece the other day and it hit me on the head, ouch :-) Rob
lol Rob, yea I've heard you Yorkies were tighter than us Scots, Taffs take some beating though. Any taffs reading this .....tough!!!:-))
Twas brilliant Charlie... I was thinking about you the whole time ;) xxx
Thoroughly enjoyable night. Sent some of the many pics I took from my seat (right next to the stage I hasten to add) to a few folks. The beer was a bit extortionate and as I was drinking the draft from a flimsy plastic container and being notoriously heavy handed ended up with most of it over my shirt and jeans. Tony - The Sinners
An excellent night's entertainment on the whole but we were in B204, upper tier, and the sound was strange. We couldn't hear The Answer's guitarist at all and Angus was just about in there somewhere. The weirdest effect was the intro to 'For Those About To Rock'. We could only hear one note, no riff. We had a similar thing for Metallica, upper tier again. There are a lot of vids of it on YouTube. The ones taken from in front of the stage sound really good. I feel a bit cheated paying full whack for the 'cheap seats' though. As far are the toilet facilities go, in the ladies, blokes outnumbered the girls 10 to 1.........so I was told. When you gotta go...........
i know MEN is extortionate for booze, food and soft drinks. Glad you all had a fab time!
