Change of Name and Change of Sound!

Two years in the musical wilderness are almost over

I've not been on here for ages so I thought I'd post some news with regards to my band and also our name change! Rather like Rudi and Spider in the Mighty Boosh, we've spent the last two years wondering the wilderness looking for our new sound. Well not so much the wilderness, more pressing random buttons on synthesizers, eating fry-ups and drinking gallons of tea and feeling generally fed up. Some (well about one or two of you) may remember us under the name Rich & Strange. Not the greatest name in the world, especially as after ever (alright all three) gigs we did, someone inevitably came up and asked "Who's Richard Strange then?" It was also thought up by one of our ex-drummers who stitched us up and still owes me £50, the cockney t**t!

Anyway, I digress! We're back now and we've got a new keyboard-tastic sound. I realise most people are rock fans on here so we've probably committed NWB suicide, but we've become rather fond of tinkling the ivories. We haven't completely given up on guitars, there's the occasional guitar solo in there from the Munro man too. We've got some great new songs (in our opinion), our very own graphic designer and we're nearly ready to gig again at long last! Though we're having a few issues on the drumming front as per usual, to the point we're considering getting a drum machine on the go! Blasphemy, but it might have to be done! Though if any drummers are reading this and think they can play the stuff they hear on our MySpace, please get in touch!
